Unlocking Eve launched the Flying Flamingo Fellowship at Davos 2026 because the world doesn't need more leaders. It needs better ones.

In collaboration with InTent's Education and Leadership Community, Unlocking Eve took to the global stage at the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting in Davos this January to mark the debut of Flying Flamingo, its Fellowship for Integrated Leadership.

Flying Flamingo is designed as a graduation platform that pairs, funds, and launches breakthrough leaders as system architects. Where most fellowships focus on individual achievement, Flying Flamingo is built on the conviction that breakthroughs happen between leaders, not just within them. At the heart of the model is the Power of Two: intentionally pairing leaders from prestigious institutions with proven grassroots changemakers to form partnerships that fuse global influence with local intelligence.

Fellows are supported in defining an Impossible Promise they are committed to fulfilling, with the fellowship providing the capacity, skills, and real-world placements to help them realise it. The ambition is that by 2030, 50 Fellows will have touched 100 million lives through the systems they reimagine.

The inaugural pilot cohort is set to launch in Q4 2026, with recruitment and partnerships already underway, building towards a fully endowed, global-scale programme in 2027.

Next Generation Leadership for a World in Transformation

The Global Future Council on Leadership, with support from the Forum of Young Global Leaders and WEF, have published a white-paper about the global leadership crisis.

Leadership models once built on stability and hierarchy can no longer sustain themselves in a world marked by constant transformation, accelerating change, and complex interdependencies. The widespread erosion of trust in leaders and institutions worldwide is not the cause; it is a symptom of a more profound crisis.
