Our 2023 Switzerland cohort brought together young generation and future leaders including Young Global Leaders, Global Shapers, and Family Business Network, amongst others. In this pilot phase, we were truly inspired by the boundless energy and visionary perspectives of our young leaders.
It has been an enlightening journey, teaching us invaluable lessons about gender and how young generations—comprising 50% of the world's population—are actively shaping the future. The distinctive leadership approaches they bring are key insights that fuel our ongoing commitment to understanding and amplifying their voices.
